This project is to construct a new concrete cap on the existing sewer in the Merriman Valley. If you travel the Towpath Trail or Riverview Road in this area, you may have seen the large sewer line that runs between the two. This line carries wastewater to the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) where it is treated.
